At Peaceful Paws Veterinary Services, I understand that end-of-life decisions can change quickly. I will always do my best to approach cancellations and rescheduling with compassion, flexibility, and understanding.

Cancellations & rescheduling  ​

• Cancellations or reschedule more than 8 hours before the appointment will not incur any fee.

• Cancellations or reschedule within 8 hours of the scheduled appointment, a $100 cancellation fee may apply. If your pet passes naturally before the appointment, this fee will be waived. In that case, I can still help coordinate aftercare or transport to the crematory if needed. 

• If the doctor is already on the way to your home or has arrived at the time of cancellation, a cancellation fee up to the total cost of the appointment, minus any cremation or aftercare charges, may apply.

Thank you for your understanding, as each appointment time is set aside with care and may prevent another family from being helped during that window.

Refunds

• If we must cancel (e.g., emergency, severe weather), you may choose a full refund of any deposit paid or apply it to a new date.
